Katie Homes and Tom Cruise plan to enlarge the family according to reports .The couple thinks is the right time to give their 18-month-old Suri a brother or sister, so Katie has visited a nutritionist to follow an appropriate diet, reports an insider.. “Katie feels Suri is the right age to try for another," a friend of Katie told the Mirror. Katie has cut out raw fish from her diet, has increased her vegetables intake and is taking of pre-natal vitamin supplements.
